What We Do

TravelQore is a boutique travel agency that collaborates with you to provide a seamless and memorable travel experience.

The sky's the limit. Our focus is European travel, river cruises, and wellness travel, but no matter where you want to go, we are here to help you travel the world.

The Process

Connect

Once you've filled out the Contact form, we'll send you a link to our calendar. This eliminates all the back-and-forth emails because you are able to schedule your complimentary Discovery Call for a date and time that work best for you.

Discovery Call

Your complimentary Discovery Call will last approximately 20 to 30 minutes and will be by Zoom, Google Meet, or phone (your choice). This is when we do a deep dive to discover what type of experience you want from your vacation.

Research & Design

Once we're ready to move forward, I will conduct the research and design an itinerary that best matches your vision. I then send a proposal for you to review. We'll make any necessary changes until your itinerary is exactly how you want it.

Finalize

Once you've approved the final itinerary, we'll submit your deposit. We'll remind you of the future deadline to make your final payment. You can make periodic payments or wait and pay the balance by the final due date.

Research and Design Fees

We pay someone to cut our hair, clean our home, wash our car, mow our lawn, do our taxes, resolve our legal issues, help us invest our money, and fix us when we break. Doesn't it make sense to pay a professional to handle a travel experience that costs several thousand dollars?

We prefer to plan trips with a departure date of 4 months or more from the date we're hired (further in advance for peak season travel) and with minimum investments according to length of travel, not including air fare.

Complimentary

If you simply want the peace of mind knowing you have the support of a travel professional, and you come to us with a specific cruise, resort or land tour, we are happy to waive our Research & Design Fees.*

*Deviations to the original itinerary will be charged the appropriate Research & Design Fee.

Minimum $3,500 investment

Receive a customized itinerary for up to 7 nights in one destination.

Multi-destination itineraries are an additional $100 each.

8 to 14 Nights

Minimum $7,000 investment
